Products & Sizing Info

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. As a general guideline, our swimwear fits true to size – similar to your usual bikini or underwear size. However, please check your measurements carefully before ordering and if you are still unsure please contact to our customer service at info@tropikaswimwear.com.

Where are the swimsuits manufactured?

All our bikinis, and swimsuits are handmade in Finland.

Orders & Payments

When will my order be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at info@tropikaswimwear.com. Once shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location. In finland and baltic countries the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days, in nordic countries 1-5 business days, rest of europe 1-7 business days and to other countries 6-14 business days. However, the delivery time may change due to holidays or other problems within the shipping company.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Will I need to pay customs fees?

EU customers: no additional customs charges.
Non-EU customers: local taxes or duties may apply depending on your country’s import regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Is the return or exchange free?

  • Defective or incorrect items: Tropika covers all costs.
  • Regular returns (e.g. size or style): The customer is responsible for return shipping.

How do I make a return?

  1. Email info@tropikaswimwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you detailed instructions and the return address.
  3. Once we receive your item, your refund will be issued as soon as possible.
